Please Note: Athletic Registration and Physical Form must be completed and submitted in order to participate.
Step 1: Physical Examination
Students registering for athletics must have a current physical examination on file in the athletic office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed and turned in to the Athletic Office no later than 3 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.
Physicals are valid for 13 months from date of the last exam.
Step 2: Registration
Click on the Athletic Team Registration logo and follow the provided directions. Please enter your students name as it appears in SKYWARD.
If this is your 1st time registering this year please select NEW USER-CREATE AN ACCOUNT
If this is your 2nd time registering this year please Select: RETURNING USERS-LOGIN HERE
Be sure to complete ALL required fields that contain an *, otherwise you will receive an error message at the end.
Step 3: Athletic Transportation Policy, Athletic Code of Conduct, Concussion Information and Performing-Enhancing Substance Testing Policy

New Users: you must finish setting up your Email Account or your registration will NOT be processed.
No payment is due at this time. Fees will be due when teams are selected.
Athletic fees are $100 per sport with an individual max of $200, and a family max of $300. It can be paid by cash, check, or online using RevTrak.
You will receive an e-mail once your student is approved to participate.
Complete all required fields on this screen and then Click submit
Step 5: Confirmation Page:
To register another student from the same family, scroll to the bottom and click the <<Back button to return to your account page.
Step 6: In addition to completeing the online registration, in order to be eligible to try out ALL students must also meet the following requirements:
a. Have a current physical on file with the athletic office. Physicals are valid for 13 months.
b. Athletes must have passed a minimum of 5 classes in the prior semester. (applies to students in grades 10-12 for fall and first 1/2 of winter and for ALL student 2nd semester on)
